VOC supports young adults in exploring a relationship with the environment through:
- VOC’s award-winning Carin High School Program, which engages a group of high school students each school year in monthly outdoor stewardship and leadership activities across the Front Range.
- VOC’s Grossman Scholarship program, which supports graduating high schoolers and those pursuing secondary education to further environmental and outdoor-related professional pathways.
- Partnering with other non-profits to engage young people in outdoor stewardship projects and provide training opportunities.
VOC has a staff member who helps run VOC's young adult programming. If you have questions about community engagement efforts in this area, and how to get involved, please reach out to:
- VOC's Community Programs Coordinator - Emily Novack (Emily@voc.org)
