The Project -
Background:
Each year, VOC hosts a spring fundraising event which is crucial for keeping VOC's programs running through the 2024 volunteer season. We rely on this event to fund over 100 volunteer stewardship projects, engage thousands of volunteers, and protect Colorado's outdoor spaces.
- This year the even is on Wednesday, May 15th.
- We are seeking support to help us get organized the week before on Thursday, May 9th. We are flexible on timing, so you could come into the office in the morning or the afternoon. VOC staff will be working from 8am - 5pm.
Tasks that need support:
Helping to print, cut, and organize name tags and table assignments, props for our photo booth, and place settings.
Join VOC staff and up to two other volunteers in helping with crucial event prep tasks to set us up for success!
