Summary: Learn fun and effective ways to engage and lead youth on your crew.
Description: Crew leaders are the backbone of our organization and play an essential role on VOC projects by guiding a crew of volunteers to complete a portion of a project. Over the course of the project season, individual youth and/or youth groups may join a crew. Join VOC's Youth Committee and Youth Advisory Board to learn ways to work with, engage, and have fun with the youth on your crew. There will be a featured guest speaker, expert adult and youth panels, and fun, interactive activities. Pizza and beverages will be provided.
