Summary: Learn and develop the skills necessary to lead volunteer crews on tree planting projects!
Description: COTI^s Crew Leader workshop will teach participants effective crew leadership skills, basic tree planting techniques, and the principles of tool and crew safety. All trainees will receive a Crew Leader Guide and other goodies that will make for a successful training experience. This training is appropriate for individuals who plan to lead crews on tree planting projects for the Denver Department of Parks and Recreation. The workshop will be taught over the couse of two evening sessions. To successfully complete this training, YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH WORKSHOP SESSIONS: Tues. April 10, 5:30-9PM & Thurs. April 12, 5:30-9PM.
