Summary: Learn the skills of trail construction and maintenance
Description: Workshop participants will learn and develop the skills necessary to construct and maintain natural surface trails while working together as a team. The course will cover some leadership techniques such as communications and motivational syles, tools and tool safety, project and site risk assessment, and safety guidelines for a crew. Participants will also learn the 6-Step method of trail construction and trail maintenance techniques.
