Volunteers are needed to help control this invasive plant species. In this training, Crew Leaders will learn the basics of Tamarisk control. The cut stump process will be reveiwed in detail. Crew safety including tool and herbicide safety measures will be stressed. This training will be in preperation for the Tamarisk control project at James M. Robb-Colorado River State Park on April 5 & 6.
