Summary: Ecological Restoration Instructor Training
Description: As a Crew Leader Instructor, you serve a critical role in helping teach Restoration Crew Leaders, following the WRV+++Outdoor Stewardship Institute (formely known as COTI) training curriculum.
On Saturday, we^ll focus on how to use the curriculum materials, how to teach it effectively, and we^ll answer questions about those elements of the curriculum that have been challenging. Instructors will break into teams to begin planning for the Crew Leader Training.
On Sunday, we will practice all the restoration techniques, with a focus on how to effectively teach them. This day is intended for instructors who want to brush up on their field and teaching techniques, and especially for Trails instructors who want to cross-over to restoration.
