Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado is hosting an introductory crew chef training for people interested in cooking for volunteers in some of the most spectacular places in Colorado. During crew chef training you will learn safe food handling and preparation practices; how to manage a team of volunteer crew chefs; how to plan simple menus for large and small groups; and how to manage your time in the kitchen efficiently. Crew chef training is a great opportunity to meet other people that love to cook in the outdoors and to share your favorite campsite recipes.
