Description of Work Completed:
On Wednesday, October 24th – 18 volunteers from Aggregate Industries participated in a VOC Stewardship with a Team (SWAT) trail maintenance project in nearby Cherry Creek State Park. Volunteers worked to spread and compact crusher fine gravel over 3200 feet of the Vista Trail and installed 7 railroad ties for a terraced staircase entrance. Volunteers worked tirelessly to finish the project in a single day, avoiding the rain and snow which came shortly after the close of the project.
