The park experiences hundreds of visitors a week due to its proximity to central Boulder are surrounding neighborhoods.
Description:
Some portions of the park have become overgrown by invasive weeds and grasses. Volunteers will remove overgrowth in several park plant beds in order to create a site conducive for native perennials. All vegetation removed will be used for compost to prep the bed for spring plantings.
