Description: OSI's standardized training program for Ecological Restoration Crew Leadership is an 16-hour workshop covering the fundamentals of natural habitat restoration and crew leadership. Participants will learn about basic planting, seeding and erosion control, in addition to leadership techniques and tool and crew safety. All trainees will receive a Crew Leader Guide and other goodies that will make for a successful training experience. All workshop topics are directly applicable to any non-profit or agency habitat restoration project! This training is best for individuals who have some restoration and or crew leadership experience.
