It took a lot of badgering for SWAT agreements and payments. However, the woman, Randelle, who was the contact, said this was her first year taking over volunteer events, and that next year she would be more prepared. The location, Marjorie Perry, has very little shade, so lots of water is necessary at that location. Description of Accidents/Incidents: Description of Work Completed: On Friday, June 13th, 12 volunteers from tech company NetSuite, came out to Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve to do some planting and weeding for the day. The group was young & enthusiastic, and was already talking about coming out with us next year. They flew through the planting of 40 shrubs and 2 cottonwood trees, and in the afternoon they removed invasive kochia and curly dock.
