Project Summary: 27 volunteers from Monarch Investments came out to Castlewood Canyon State Park to continue critical maintenance work on the heavily used Rim Rock Trail. Amid gorgeous fall colors, the group finished off 7 timber steps from our September 15th project, and installed 6 new ones of their own. They also installed 7 drainage structures and maintained about 300 feet of corridor. All this totalled to about 600 ft of trail maintained.

Successes and Challenges: Good group. Work was tough and is slow going up on rim rock unfortunately, but the group had a good time.
