Description: This half-day course will provide participants with skills and tools that actively engage youth in the outdoors. Learn about team building, developmental stages, comfort zones, appropriate outdoor stewardship activities, motivating youth, and more. Come prepared to have fun and learn new games and icebreakers to fill your "toolbox." Note: This training is FREE to all certified VOC leaders, as well as to volunteers who have volunteered on three or more VOC projects in the past year.
