Summary: Develop and improve your volunteer project management skills!
Description: In this four-session Webinar series (four, one-hour sessions), trainees will learn the basic steps to develop and manage a successful, volunteer-based outdoor stewardship project. Topics will include selecting and developing the right type of project to attract volunteers, and steps for running an effective and rewarding project from beginning to end.
