If you need to cancel, please email outreach@voc.org as soon as possible so we can free your spot for another trainee. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: You must have at least a basic first aid certification and be able to present your card for the crosscut certification. If you do not have a First Aid/CPR certification by the time of the workshop, you will not be certified until you show proof of first aid. Please email Kelly Clouse at kclouse@voc.org to let her know which session you will attend. This session is required to receive certification. Field Session on July 10th OR 11th: Trainees will meet at the cutting site on either Saturday or Sunday for evaluations. Trainees will only need to sign up for one day. These will be full days in the field focused on getting everyone through evaluations. Trainees need to bring their own food for the day. Cost: $30; Free for those who were crosscut certified with VOC in the past and are recertifying. If you qualify for free registration, please contact Kelly Clouse at kclouse@voc.org to register. **Please note that certification is a recommendation that must be approved by each local agency or land manager where work with saws is being performed. We hope to get everyone evaluated and certified, but this will depend on the number of participants as well as the amount of qualified certifiers available to help.
