Project Summary: The webinar/presentation was an abbreviated overview of the Intro to Crew Leadership manual. Mick, Dan, and Ben took turns presenting on various topics and allowing time for participants to chime in with stories, perspectives, or questions. After 1hr we took a 5 minute break to let people get water or use the bathroom. People expressed that it was helpful and it seems like a nice way to keep people interested in developing those skills moving into the next project/training season.
