Description: Located in Central Summit County, Lily Pad Lake is a popular hiking destination. The trail offers easy access to the Eagle's Nest Wilderness and magnificent views of Buffalo Mountain, Frisco and Silverthorne. A great destination, easy access and close proximity to I - 70 create heavy use on the Lily Pad Lake trail and the associated Meadow Creek trail. These trails need your special touch. A variety of work, including trail closure, trail reroute, bridge repair and the installation of new drainage structures will give you the opportunity to practice what you know and learn new skills. Enjoy camping on the shores of Lake Dillon and camaraderie with Friends of Dillon Ranger District on this fantastic project!
