Summary: Volunteer for the National Get Outdoors Inagural Festival
Description: The first National Get Outdoors Day is being held at Sloan's Lake Park on June 14th from 9 am -2 pm and we need your help! This exciting and unique event will introduce kids, their families and people of all ages to a number of recreation and educational activities. Visitors will have the chance to experience rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking and more.
We need volunteers for a variety of roles. We need volunteers to help with registration at the information station, assist with parking logistics and serve as event ambassadors, who will help vendors set up, tear down and answer visitors questions.
Are critical need is for all day volunteers, the shift is from 8 am-3 pm, please register for this time slot. If you can not volunteer for the day, there is the option for the morning shift 8 am- 12 pm and an afternoon shift from 11 am -3 pm.
