Summary:
Description: On Saturday September 24th, we will be returning to Saguache to finish the clean-up of Vista Grande. In 2009, with the help of a GOCO grant, the town of Saguache has purchased about 100 acres of land just east of town. The Town is presently working with the US Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management to create a recreation area that will be open to the public. Soon this previously neglected piece of property will provide hiking and biking trails, a picnic area, disc golf and a whole lot more.
