On September 8 & 9, 13 volunteers installed 30 dip drains along the trail to ensure proper water drainage, and to minimize soil erosion and runoff. The crew worked to finish segments spread over 9000’ of trail that had been constructed by VOC and other agencies over the past two months. We had several returning volunteers from the CDT projects earlier this summer, and it was great to see people come back to close out the season. We look forward to returning next year to continue working on the CDT trail.
