Description of Work Completed:
On July 18, 2013, 1 adult and 7 youth from SOS Outreach helped brush and maintain Deluge Trail in Vail, CO. Using loppers and small hand saws, we hiked very steep terrain, cutting back aspen trees and shrubs that were over-growing the trail. This was a huge help to the USFS trail crew because it allieviated one project from their over saturated list of things to do. Deluge Trail is a popular trail that needs yearly maintainence.
