Description: ABOUT THE STEWARDSHIP SITE The 1.7 mile Arthur's Rock Trail winds through forested mountainsides and open meadows to the summit of Arthur's Rock. Upon reaching the summit, hikers are rewarded with breathtaking views of Horsetooth Reservoir and the Front Range from an elevation of 6,780 feet. ABOUT THE VOLUNTEER WORK Volunteers will repair the heavily impacted trail by closing and restoring shortcuts and "social" trails, supporting eroding outslopes by constructing rock walls, repairing and/or installing waterbars, and facilitating drainage.
