In total, 45 lbs of veggies were harvested that will go to the Gathering Place, a women's shelter in downtown. In addition, plants were taken out to prep the 600 sq ft beds for winter. The students made some beautiful bouquets to take home to their loved ones, from the flowers that we tore up. Chipotle donated delicious burritos that were enjoyed by all for dinner! Successes and Challenges: This group was wonderful. There were two adults and a few older kids, which really helped out and made a difference.
