The 4th graders attacked the mullein with fervor, and were determined to get as much as possible out! A highlight from the day was seeing a few red-tailed hawks, and having the park ranger tell the kids all about Cherry Creek. The kids covered 5 acres of weeds, and didn't want to leave!
