Project Summary: On Wednesday, April 27th, 4th graders from Stanley British Primary School came out to Cherry Creek State Park to help remove a particularly viscious patch of mullein. The 4th graders attacked the mullein with fervor, and were determined to get as much as possible out! A highlight from the day was seeing a few red-tailed hawks, and having the park ranger tell the kids all about Cherry Creek. The kids covered 5 acres of weeds, and didn't want to leave!
