This particular garden is maintained by the CU-Extension Master Gardeners, and they were out in full force as well. The girls and their parents flew through planting the 800-square foot garden with tomatoes, basil, peppers, cabbage, kale, and other fresh produce. All produce grown during the year will be donated to the Gathering Place and other local food pantries in need. Successes and Challenges: Went very well - these girls are practiced veterans at this garden now!
