Description: Cairn students will be provided with 4 project options and they will pick one to lead in April as their final project.

Project Summary: This event was hosted at VOC's office. VOC provided snacks (mini Jimmy John's sandwiches, chip, fruit, cookies, veggie platter, etc).
VOC staff prepared a PowerPoint for students and mentors to introduce all the leadership roles needed to run a project (tool mangers, technical advisors, crew chefs) and to present the 4 project options we had for them. After the presentation we asked students to sign up for 1 or 2 roles and to vote for their #1 Project option. Students chose Garden of the Gods social trail closure.
We continued the celebration playing games to learn more about the mentors and enjoying socializing.
