
Where you'll be:
Gateway Lakes Natural Area is connected to Greeley's popular Homestead Park. This urban natural area offers local conservation and equitable access to nature.
What you'll do:
Volunteers will collaborate with the City of Greeley Natural Area and Trails staff to provide maintenance, including improving crusher fine trails, closing social trails and more. Positioned between a shopping center and residential homes, this natural area is a favorite of residents.
Why it's important:
This project will help sustain recreational opportunities in the Front Range.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Ages 14+
All youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older.
